If you are a busy hockey mom you know that it can be hectic. Juggling a job, driving your little hockey players to games and practices and making sure that they are well fed takes a lot of planning and determination. You need recipes that are quick and filling so you can feed your family and have some leftovers. Here are two quick and easy recipes for busy hockey moms.
Blue Cheese Bacon Burgers
2lbs of ground beef
1 tablespoon of garlic (minced)
Black pepper
Salt
Four hamburger buns
8 bacon slices
Blue cheese
1. Preheat grill.
2. Mix beef, salt, pepper and garlic into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Create patties
3. Crumble blue cheese.
4. Place cheese into the middle of each burger patty.
5. Cook patties on grill.
6. Make burgers and add desired condiments.
Crock pot Beef Stroganoff
2 lbs of ground beef
4 slices of bacon
1 cup of chopped onion
3 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
Can of cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons of red wine
1 cup of sour cream
1. Brown the beef and the bacon. Drain the meat and add all contents into the crock-pot. Leave for 4 to 5 hours.
